Welcome to Only AI Marketplace, operated by the Academy of Artificial Intelligence (AOAI), a legally registered entity in Malaysia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Only AI Marketplace platform and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

Only AI Marketplace provides a platform for the sale and purchase of AI-related digital products and services, including but not limited to AI bots, courses, eBooks, and consultation or development services. We operate under a hybrid model, acting as an intermediary between buyers and vetted sellers/vendors.

2. Account Registration

• Users must create an account to access certain features.
• Vendors must undergo a vetting process before being approved to list products or services.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Payments and Fees

• Payments are processed via Stripe, including card payments and PayPal.
• A commission fee will be charged on each sale made through the platform.
• Vendors will receive payouts monthly for their earnings.

4. Seller Obligations

• Vendors must comply with our quality standards and ethical AI use policies.
• No plagiarism or harmful content is allowed.
• Vendors retain intellectual property rights unless stated otherwise for specific licenses.

5. Product and Service Listings

• Only AI-related products and services may be listed.
• Listings must comply with our content standards and will be reviewed before publication.
• Prohibited content includes hate speech and harmful or explicit material.

6. Intellectual Property

• Vendors retain the intellectual property rights to their products and services unless a licensing agreement states otherwise.
• Buyers must comply with the specific license terms set by the vendor.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Only AI Marketplace will serve as a mediator for disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Users must attempt to resolve disputes amicably before escalating to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Only AI Marketplace provides a platform for transactions but does not guarantee the quality or outcomes of services/products.
• AOAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

9. Service Downtime

• While we strive for 99% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur, with advance notice when possible.

10. Privacy and Data Handling

• User data will be stored securely on our hosting servers.
• We may integrate third-party tools to enhance platform functionality, which may handle user data.

11. Termination and Account Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts due to policy violations.

12. Amendments

• AOAI reserves the right to update these Terms periodically.
• Users will be notified of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

14. Updates to This Policy

• This policy is subject to change from time to time to ensure compliance with legal, operational, and user requirements. Updates aim to improve platform functionality and user experience. We recommend users review this policy periodically to stay informed of changes.
